Native iManage and NetDocuments Integration Now Available
Praxa now works directly inside iManage and NetDocuments. No document exports, no tab switching, and no changes to how your team already works.

The Tool-Switching Problem
Law firms run on document management systems. iManage and NetDocuments handle the storage, versioning, and access control for every matter. Any tool that requires lawyers to leave those systems to do their work adds friction that, in practice, means the tool gets used inconsistently or not at all.
This is the adoption problem that every legal AI product faces. The value of AI review is only realized if it happens on every contract. That requires the tool to live where lawyers already work, not alongside it.
What the Integration Does
Praxa now connects natively to iManage and NetDocuments. Lawyers open a matter in their DMS, pull the contract, and Praxa's review panel is present in the same environment. There is no export, no upload, no tab switch. The analysis appears inline, attached to the document they are already working in.
The integration supports bidirectional sync. Redlines accepted in Praxa are written back to the document in the DMS. The matter record stays complete and current without any manual steps.
The Practical Impact
Firms that have piloted the integration report that adoption increased significantly compared to their experience with standalone AI tools. When the review step is built into the existing workflow rather than added alongside it, lawyers use it on every matter rather than selectively.
The consistency benefit compounds directly from the adoption benefit. A tool used on 90% of contracts produces better outcomes than a better tool used on 40%.
Setup
The iManage and NetDocuments integration is available now on all Praxa plans. Setup requires admin access to your DMS and takes under 30 minutes. Praxa's implementation team provides direct support for enterprise deployments. SharePoint integration is available separately for in-house teams not running a dedicated legal DMS.
